Terms and Conditions of Use of AnatoMask, provided by AnatoScope

Thank you for using the AnatoMask service. In accordance with the Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 (amended) and the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter "GDPR") No. 2016/679 / EU of 27 April 2016, the Publisher AnatoScope, guarantees the privacy of the users of the website and the AnatoMask service.

The GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE are published by AnatoScope ("AnatoMask", "we"), registered in France under the number SIRET 81382343200014 and whose registered office is AnatoScope, Rond-Point Benjamin Franklin, 34960 Montpellier (France). AnatoScope is responsible for the collection, processing and use of personal data.

In these TERMS OF USE (the "Terms"), we describe the information we collect from you when you use our technology and our website (collectively, our "Services"). This applies to any personal information we collect or process about you, whether you are a customer using our Services or a person visiting our website at www.anatomask.com ("Website") or using one of our plugins on a third party website or our apps available on the Playstore or Appstore stores.

AnatoScope offers an innovative 3D technology (the AnatoMask service) offering 3D personalised and printable respirator masks . The goal of the AnatoMask solution provided by AnatoScope is to generate a personalised 3D mask for a customer based on its 3D face scan.

The AnatoMask service consists of :

A user service that allows to the user to upload a 3D face scan via a contact form. After a few minutes, a personalised model of a 3D printable mask will be sent to the email address provided by the user. 

The 3D face scan provided by the user is then used by the AnatoMask solution during a few minutes for the customisation of the 3D mask.  User data are deleted when the final result is sent by email.

The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, anywhere in the world.

By visiting the Website or using any of our Services, you agree that your personal information will be processed as described in these Terms. Your use of our Website or Services, as well as any confidentiality disputes, are subject to this policy and our terms of use, including limitations on damages and dispute resolution. Our terms of use are incorporated by reference into this policy. 

1- What information do we collect about you?

In general, data is collected directly from you when you register on the website, use of our services and your navigation on the website and / or on a website of our partners.

- File of a face scan (formats: STL or OBJ or PLY) 

You have to provide the file by a link (eg. wetransfer, owncloud, dropbox...)

Cookies or other tracking or similar technologies (hereinafter "cookies") may be installed and / or read in your browser during your visit to the Website.

In the event that your personal data are collected via a form, you will be informed of the mandatory nature of the information by an asterisk (*) next to the fields concerned. In the absence of an asterisk, the requested information is not mandatory.

Only personal data strictly necessary for the purposes described below are collected.

2- For what purposes do we collect this information?

We use the information we collect about you for the following purposes:

To generate with our algorithm a customised mask adapted to face of the user

For statistical analysis purposes

The information we process and collect is based on either your consent (for processing aimed at personalizing the content of the information communicated or displayed and the processing related to commercial prospecting), or our legitimate interest (regarding the supply and optimisation of our services), or respecting a legal or regulatory obligation to which we are subject.


4- Who do we share your information with?

We don't share your information, including your personal information, with third parties

Internal collaborators of the company: access to your data is based on limited and controlled access authorizations.

Legal or regulatory obligation: we may also share your information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

Business Transfers: If we are acquired by or merged with another company, if substantially all of our assets are transferred to another company, or in the course of a bankruptcy proceeding, we may transfer information that we have collected about you to the other company. We may transfer personal data in the event that we sell or transfer all or part of our business or assets.

Aggregated and Anonymised Information: We may share aggregated or unidentified user information with third party partners for marketing, advertising, research purposes. We use personal data about how our visitors use our website and services to understand customer behavior or preferences. For example, we may use information about visitors to our website to better understand the best ways to organize and present the information available.

6- The User’s Obligations

The use of the AnatoScope service supposes the adhesion and the respect of the rules envisaged in these general terms and conditions of use.

The personal data collected and processed on the Website and through our Services are protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security adapted to the risk. The data is stored on secure servers.

Keep in mind that despite our best efforts, no data security measure can guarantee 100% security.

We use various security measures, including encryption and authentication tools to ensure the security of your personal data.


8- Storing your data

We keep your personal data as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which we collect it, except as provided by law. In General after a few hours all your data concerning the 3D face scan are deleted indefinitely on our servers. 

Data generated by cookies: 13 months maximum.


9. What are my rights regarding my personal data?

10. Data concerning minors

Our service acess is  not designed for children under 15 years old. If we discover that a child under the age of 15 has provided us with personal information, we have the right to remove that information from our systems. AnatoScope respects your child's privacy: While users of all ages can browse the Services, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 15. If, after notification by a parent or guardian, or discovered by other means, we find that a child under 15 years old has erroneously registered using false information, we will immediately cancel participation and remove the child's personal information from our database.

We will also update the "Last Updated (Date)" at the beginning of these conditions. By continuing to use the Website after we have posted a change to the Website or have informed you of the change, you signify that you agree to be bound by the changed terms.
